We love food, talk about it constantly, and, if you are a friend of ours, you have probably even received it from us as a gift.
We've found that sharing our food 50/50 helps us enjoy it even more.
Deciding between two equally good options? Want to bank a nutritious salad and indulge for your entree? Want a certain dish but really want to save some room for dessert? Enter: your co-stomach/significant other.
Additionally, food is not immune to diminishing returns. The second bite is not quite as good as the first, the third is not as good as the second, and so on. A second half-meal is a culinary changeup that starts your palate afresh with delicious new food.
Sharing is even more valuable when you are traveling, have precious few meals in a city, and want to experience as many unique foods as possible.
So ogle the menu and pick a few things next time, to share.
